Pauline Kleyn Vye
Kleyn’s International Estate Services is established in 2004 by Pauline Kleijn Vye. With her background in real estate as an expat housing agent she became an expert on rental and buy-to-let real estate in the Amsterdam area.
Born and raised in Amsterdam, she knows all aspects of living and working in this lively and growing city. She stands out with her specific knowledge of the local property market :’’every location is familiar to me to me and I can appreciate its value’’.

Amsterdam
Amsterdam, or Mokum as the inhabitants of the city lovingly call the city, is besides being the capital of The Netherlands, special for many different reasons:
The city houses an abundance of nationalities, is proud of its rich and long history and offers a lot of exceptional sights.
Since a long period of time the city has been an active centre of trade were people live and work and – justly – like to invest in property.
Especially lately the property market in Amsterdam is a fast growing market.
For most foreign investors the desired areas in the city are similar to those known and loved in their homeland. Such as Chelsea or Marylebone in London or Greenwich Village in New York.
Well known and loved areas in Amsterdam are Amsterdam Zuid, with the Cornelis Schuytstraat, the Beethovenstraat and the P.C.Hooftstraat. But also the Pijp and the Rivierenbuurt are areas where little gems can be found. Cool and trendy Amsterdam North is interesting as is Amsterdam East and West. Every part of the city has its own little neighbourhoods that not anybody would pin point immediately but which can offer great opportunities for investors or tenants. And of course the booming Zuidas area – with its super connections to Schiphol and other cities in The Netherlands –opens up a large part of even more southern areas.
